Robert Belf enters his second year at the helm of Women’s Basketball program at OCC after being hired in the summer of 2024.

In year one, Belf led the women to a 12-16 record overall, along with a 6-8 record in conference. This was good enough for 5^th place in the MCCAA East, earning them a spot in the NJCAA Great Lakes District Tournament where they would fall to nationally ranked Schoolcraft in the first round.

Belf has had an extensive college coaching career, with stops at Henry Ford College, Madonna College, Kentucky Wesleyan College, at Albion College, and most recently, an assistant coach for the Owls during the 2023-2024 season.
